As a part of our ongoing support policy for both our dealers and end-users, retrofits are available for both vintage, fixed mount, Bowers CAC model silencers in all calibers, and the modern Vers series. CAC series retrofits consist of a complete teardown and inspection followed by the installation of an AIMS™ mount for the Versadapt™ insert system and the current baffle stack for our most analogous silencer. You will get your tube back, and every part in and on it will be new current technology. Retrofit prices below include one Versadapt™ insert and return shipping. Vers cans get the same treatment but will already have the AIMS™ mount installed, which will not be replaced unless we deem it necessary for safety or functionality.
Retrofit To Blackout Option: $350 with any standard insert (specify at time of order).
This stack is rated for 2200 FPS and slower and heavy full-auto fire.
Retrofit To All Stainless Stack: $450 with any standard insert (specify at time of order).
This stack is rated for 2650 FPS and slower, heavy full-auto fire with 2200 FPS and slower rounds, and light full-auto full-powered rifle fire is OK.
Keep to 500 degrees F and below to avoid damaging the silencer.
